Cherries in the Snow

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 pint heavy cream
graham cracker pie crust
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:

Blend cream, sugar, and vanilla. In separate bowl, whip the cream. Mix whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with cherry pie filling and chill overnight.

Note: This doubles nicely using an 8-ounce package of cream cheese.
