Combine dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
