Line bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch pan with wax paper. Cook chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat till chocolate is melted; remove from heat. In a medium bowl, combine marshmallows and peanuts. Stir in chocolate mixture until mixed well. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill 2 hours or till firm. Remove from pan, peel off wax paper, and cut into 1-inch squares with a wet knife. If desired, wrap pieces in plastic wrap.
