Marshmallow Breakfast Rolls

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
5 large marshmallows, halved
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 can (10 count) refrigerated biscuit

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Roll marshmallows in melted butter, then in sugar mixture. Wrap each marshmallow with flattened biscuit, and seal edges. (Be careful not to get sugar on edges of biscuit; it won’t seal.) Bake in preheated oven 11–13 minutes or until lightly browned.
