Combine 1 tablespoon dressing, sour cream, cilantro, and garlic in a small bowl until well blended; chill until ready to serve. Place remaining tablespoon dressing in a shallow bowl. Add salmon, skin side up, in dressing to coat. Grill salmon skin side down over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until fish flake easily with a fork. To serve, top with cilantro cream mixture.
