Preheat oven to 400°. Place frozen fish fillets in jellyroll pan and bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic powder; spread on cut side of buns. When fish are done, place buns, cut side up, in same pan with fish. Bake 8–10 more minutes. Place fillets between buns.
