Get 3 large zipper bags. Place 1/2 of Oreos in one bag, and 1/2 in the other. Place Heath bars in the third bag. Crush each bag with a rolling pin. Sprinkle 1 bag Oreos in bottom of a lightly greased springform pan. Top with chocolate ice cream. Drizzle with 1/2 the chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with second bag of cookies. Top with coffee ice cream, then drizzle with remaining chocolate syrup. Top with crushed Heath bars. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm.
