Preheat oven to 375°. Mix pie filling with vanilla extract. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Place on cookie sheet; seal perforations. Spread each rectangle with 2 tablespoons cream cheese, then top with 1/4 cup cherry pie filling. Bake 10–12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven immediately. Heat frosting in microwave 15–20 seconds; drizzle over warm pastries. Serve warm.
