Chili Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, sliced into 1-inch wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
3 1/2 teaspoons chili powder, divided
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream

Directions:

Place potato wedges in a large plastic zipping bag; sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Toss to mix. Arrange potato wedges on lightly greased baking sheets. Stir together orange juice, honey and 3 teaspoons chili powder; set aside. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, shaking pans and basting with orange juice mixture several times. Stir cilantro and remaining chili powder into sour cream; serve with warm fries.
