Goo from Heaven

By Sydney Hill

If you're favorite part of the cinnamon roll is the middle, then this one's for you. This "goo"ey topping covers the entire roll. It brings flavor and moisture and the word "mmmmmmmm" to your lips. I hope your not sick of all the cinnamon roll articles. I just got on a craze for cinnamon rolls and thought I'd share the craze with you. This is a lovely change-up from cinnamon rolls. This caramel topping makes and extra ooey gooey cinnamon roll.

Caramel Cinnamon Roll Topping

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white corn syrup

Directions:
Bring to just barely a boil, then pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Place assembled cinnamon rolls on top. Let rise and bake (it takes a little longer than your regular rolls to cook) about 25 minutes. When done, empty on to a cookie sheet upside down so you can be sure you get as much of the gooey goodness that you can.
