Butter Cookies Question
I really enjoy the Cookn' newsletters, videos and site. I have a question concerning the Butter Cookie Recipe in a recent email newsletter extra. The video nor the recipe says what kind of flour is used. There is no other leavening agent used, so I wasn't sure what to use. I am getting ready to make these for Christmas, so please help ASAP.
Kathy used just plain white flour, and no added leavening. The cookies are like a rich, buttery, shortbread cookie. I know you will LOVE them.
