Copycat Recipe: Ruby Tuesday Asian Glazed Salmon
I love salmon and this is an easy and delicious recipe.
Dovetailing Tip: Serve with the sticky rice from Meal 1. Sprinkle with water and steam on low heat to warm rice.
|1/2 cup||brown sugar|
|1/3 cup||soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||hoisin sauce|
|2 tablespoons||fresh ginger, chopped finely|
|1 teaspoon||dried red pepper flakes|
|1 teaspoon||garlic powder|
|1 tablespoon||fresh lime juice|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the marinade ingredients in a saucepan, and heat until bubbly. Pour marinade over salmon fillets in a baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
