Copycat Recipe: Ruby Tuesday Asian Glazed Salmon

Serves: 4

I love salmon and this is an easy and delicious recipe.

Dovetailing Tip: Serve with the sticky rice from Meal 1. Sprinkle with water and steam on low heat to warm rice.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped finely
1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 salmon fillets

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine the marinade ingredients in a saucepan, and heat until bubbly.  Pour marinade over salmon fillets in a baking pan.  Bake for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
