Herbed Parmesan Squash

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
2 zucchini, diced
2 yellow squash, diced
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables; sauté for 10 minutes. Stir in seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat an additional 10 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; cover and simmer over very low heat for 5 minutes.
