Chicken Quick Meal


Serves: 5

Ingredients

Per Person:
2 pieces skinless chicken
1 medium potato, peeled
2 carrots, cut in chunks
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, sliced

Directions:

Place chicken, potato, and carrots in ungreased casserole dish; add salt and pepper. Arrange onion slices over top. Add no water. Cover. Put in oven at 375°; set the timer for 1 hour; forget it. In 1 hour it’s ready to eat!

Note: Chicken can be used still frozen from the refrigerator or fresh; makes no difference as to time or taste. Stick with these recommended vegetables. No other combination seems to work.
