Creamy Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons bacon bits

Directions:

Place sliced potatoes and onion on 18x22-inch piece of heavy-duty foil. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Fold up foil around potatoes; add chicken broth. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Seal edges tightly. Grill packet on covered grill over medium-hot briquettes about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
