Broccoli Swiss Bake

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups summer squash (1/2-inch pieces)
3 cups fresh broccoli, cut
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 pepper and cayenne to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Steam squash and broccoli so they are crisp-tender. Layer in casserole. Melt butter and mix with egg, Swiss cheese, milk, and seasonings. Pour over broccoli and squash. Top with parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Serve immediately.
