Mousse-On-The-Loose Brownie Dessert

1 (family-size) package brownie mix, with syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
5 eggs, divided
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup sugar


Prepare brownie mix using oil, water, and 2 eggs. Spread batter in greased 9x13-inch pan.

Heat cream with chips over medium heat, stirring constantly till chocolate melts; cool slightly. Beat 3 eggs and sugar on medium speed until foamy; stir in chocolate mixture; pour over batter.

Bake at 350° about 45 minutes till topping is set; cool completely. Serve now or chilled; store tightly covered.

Editor's Extra: This can be done in a springform pan; bake about 1 hour.
