Fat-Free Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) box sugar-free lime jello
1 cup hot water
2 (6-ounce) cartons vanilla yogurt
1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (9-inch) low-fat graham cracker pie crust

Directions:

Mix Jell-O with water till dissolved. Fold in yogurt and Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate till serving time.

Fun Fact: Think about guests who may be diabetic or vegetarian by offering labeled dishes saying that they are sugar-free or vegan. Also be sure to always have nonalcoholic and low-calorie beverages on hand.
