Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brandy
1 (16-ounce) can pitted cherries, drained

Directions:

Heat butter in skillet. Stir in cornstarch-sugar mixture. Add brandy; ignite. Add cherries. Serve warm over ice cream.
