Chocolate Chunk Brownie Dessert

Ingredients

1 (19-ounce package) fudge brownie mix
1 (12-ounce) package peanut butter chips (or vanilla or butterscotch) , divided
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups pecans pieces, divided
ice cream (optional)

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water

Directions:

Mix brownies according to package directions. Stir in half peanut butter chips, all chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup pecans. Spread in greased 9x13-inch baking pan and bake in 350° oven 30 minutes or until set. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips on top and bake another minute. Cool.

Frosting:
Mix butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and water till smooth; spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup pecans. Serve with a scoop of ice cream, and/or onto a plate drizzled with chocolate syrup. A stemmed cherry on top would be nice.
