Pepe Meatball Soup

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package frozen meatballs
1 - 2 tablespoons oil
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans beef broth
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup orzo or acini di pepe pasta

Directions:

Brown meatballs in oil in skillet. Remove and drain. Bring broth, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, and seasoning to a boil in same skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs to broth. Simmer, covered, 20–25 minutes. Add pasta; cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Garnish servings with parsley, if desired.
