Mesquite Grilled Chicken on a Bun

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup mesquite-flavored barbecue sauce
4 onion buns, split, toasted
1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced

Directions:

Pound chicken between sheets of wax paper to 1/2-inch thickness. Brush with BBQ sauce. Grill 4–6 inches from medium heat. Cook 10–15 minutes till chicken juices run clear. Stir seasoning into mayo and spread on buns. Place chicken breast half and 2 avocado slices in each bun.

Editor's Extra:
If you don't have a meat mallet, use a regular hammer gently, or the edge of a saucer.
