Barbecue Brisket Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 (4- to 5-pound) brisket
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
French bread or hamburger buns

Directions:

Mix worcestershire, seasoning, and brown sugar; rub into all sides of brisket. Bake in heavy pan covered tightly with foil at 225° for 8 hours or overnight. Remove brisket to plate. Pour off all but 1/4 cup liquid. Stir in barbecue sauce and mustard. Slice brisket thin and return to pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325°. Serve on sliced French bread or toasted buns.
