Heat oven to 450° F. In a blender, food processor or with a whisk, blend milk, butter, flour and salt together until just mixed. Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth, but no heavier than whipping cream. Fill 12 well-greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 to 3/4 full and bake for 15 minutes. Without opening oven door, decrease temperature to 350° F and continue baking for about 20 minutes longer or until golden. Serve immediately.
