Cheese-Noodle Dinner

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package lasagna noodles cooked and drained
2 cups cottage cheese
1 onion lg., minced
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs well beaten
3/4 cup bread crumbs dry
6 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Place half of the noodles in baking dish.

In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese and onion. Stir in sour cream and eggs. Place half of the mixture over noodles in baking dish. Top with remaining noodles, then remaining cheese mixture.

In a small skillet over medium-high heat sauté bread crumbs in butter or margarine until golden. Sprinkle crumbs over cheese mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven to a wire rack. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
