Spinach-Rice Bake

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package chopped frozen leaf spinach, cooked and drained
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Combine spinach, rice, cheese, eggs, margarine, onion and salt in a large bowl. Blend in milk to desired consistency and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon mixture into a greased 9"x9" baking pan. Bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.


White acrylic paint is great for adding white candy cane stripes to a red enamelware pail. Filled with little surprises or sweet treats, it’s an oh-so cheery gift!
