Ingredients

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 sleeve round buttery cracker, crushed
2 (15-ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained and divided
1 (13-ounce) can french-cut green beans, drained
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 (5-ounce) can sliced water chestnut, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine soup and sour cream in a small bowl; set aside. In a separate bowl, blend together butter and cracker crumbs; set aside. In a greased 13"x9" baking pan, layer as follows: one can corn, green beans, remaining corn, onion, water chestnuts, cheese and soup mixture. Top with crumb mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 20 minutes.

When boxing up gifts to mail, try something new. Wrapped candies, crumpled sheet music and wrapping paper are all terrific ideas for filler... and much more fun than foam peanuts!
