Chicken Kiev

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup dried parsley

Directions:

Combine bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings in a large bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter; reserve butter. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is tender. To a small saucepan, add wine or broth, onion, parsley and reserved butter; heat until warm. Spoon over chicken and continue to bake, covered, for 5 to 7 minutes.
