Hot Buttered Rum (Non-alcoholic)


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 292
Yield: 1 3/4 cups mix or 7 cups hot buttered rum

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
4 teaspoons rum extract

Directions:

Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar until heated. Pour hot mixture over ice cream. Beat by hand until smooth. Add rum extract.

To serve, put 1/4 cup mixture in a cup and add 3/4 cup boiling water. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
