Apricot Chicken Wings

Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 small jar apricot jam
1 (8-ounce) bottle Russian dressing
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
3 - 4 pounds chicken wings

Directions:

Mix the jam, Russian dressing, and onion soup mix together and pour over the chicken wings in an oven-proof baking pan. (It is easiest if you microwave the jam first.)

Bake at 350° for 2 hours. If your guests are late, turn temperature down and continue baking. Can leave wings in oven for 2–3 hours for those very late guests.
