Really 'Rific Rice

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 (10-ounce) can beef consommé
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can French onion soup
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 stick butter

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake in a 350° oven, uncovered, for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes or until all juice is absorbed. If it gets dry, add a little butter or water.
