Baked Pimento and Cheese

Ingredients

2 slices bread, torn into pieces
1/2 cup milk
1 (1 pound) block sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
1 (2-ounce) bottle diced pimiento

Directions:

Soak bread in milk. Combine with cheese, egg, and pimentos. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole, and bake at 350° for 25–30 minutes.
