Peachy Brulee

Ingredients

4 fresh peaches, peeled, sliced thick
4 tablespoons gourmet red raspberry sauce
1 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup dark brown sugar

Directions:

Drain peaches for a couple hours. Place in deep pie dish. Drizzle raspberry sauce over peaches. Beat whipping cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over peaches. Refrigerate, covered. Two hours before serving, place dish in freezer to harden. At serving time, preheat broiler. Remove dessert from freezer and sprinkle top with brown sugar, covering cream completely. Place 4–5 inches below source of heat. Broil 2–3 minutes or just until top is hot and glistening. Serve while hot.
