Cabbage and Corned Beef

Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, minced
1 (12-ounce) can corned beef, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flake (or more)

Directions:

Cook cabbage and onion on low heat in a little olive oil, stirring frequently, until cabbage is cooked down and wilted. Add corned beef, and mix well. Stir in black pepper and red pepper flakes. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
