Buttery Lime-Basted Catfish

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
2 catfish filets

Directions:

Preheat broiler. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic salt, lime juice, and Creole seasoning. Remove from heat; set aside. In ungreased baking dish, generously brush fish with butter sauce. Broil 5–8 minutes, till fish flake easily with a fork. To serve, pour sauce over each fillet.
