Springtime Pasta Salad

I serve this salad all year. Delicious!

2 cups spiral pasta, regular or gluten-free
1 medium cucumber or zucchini, cubed
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup chopped sweet red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh, chopped dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add zucchini, olives, red pepper and green onion. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Yield: 6-8 servings.
