Download these recipes into your Cook'n software. Then, you can save time and money by using your Cook'n software to make a grocery list! Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features designed into this menu!


Weekly shopping tips:

  • Several ingredients are common throughout this week's menu, so buy in bulk!
    • Buy about 2 1/2 lbs of flank steak
    • Buy about 2 lbs. of mahi mahi
    • Buy lettuce and kimchi to eat with beef bulgogi


Monday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Use only half the flank steak, put extra in freezer to be used on Friday
  • Put extra corn in fridge/ freezer to be used on Wed.



Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Grill all the mahi mahi today, reserve extra for fish tacos tomorrow


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Use extra mahi mahi in your fish tacos
  • Go ahead and mix together the baguette recipe and keep in fridge to bake off tomorrow


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Bake off your baguette dough tonight- Remove the dough from the fridge a few hours early so the dough can warm up and rise prior to baking


Friday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Beef Bulgogi can be served in wrapped lettuce with kimchi, because kimchi can be spicy, serve the orange granita as a drink to help offset the spice.
