Monday

Dovetailing Tips: We are back to some bit time saving this week with lots of dovetailing tips! Today you will make huge strides by browniung all the ground beef at once. Brown 3 pounds today and you will have what you need for today's Sloppy Joes and enough left to make Wednesday's Mexicali Taco Salad a cinch!

Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: It's onion day! It always comes around, doesn't it? A little extra stink today will provide that wonderful flavor for the whole week! Chop 2 cups of yellow onions and you will have plenty (with a little extra) for the whole week.

You will also get ahead if you simply shred an extra cup of Parmesan today. Save the additional cup for Friday's salad.

Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: The only "extra" you have today is grating some extra cheese. You will already have the grater and the cheese out, so it won't feel much like extra work (especially when you only have to wash the grater once!) but it will make a nice difference on Friday. Grate what you need today and 1 extra cup to save for Friday!

You get your big payoff today! Use the ground beef you already browned and you will be having dinner in no time.

Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Use the onion you chopped on Tuesday!

Friday

Dovetailing Tips: Both of your cheeses for today should be ready to roll!
