Dovetailing Tips: I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas yesterday. My gift to you is a week full of time saving tips! Today we will use leftover Christmas ham. This recipe is delicious and a great way to use up those leftovers.

Today's pay-it-forward involves onions and Parmesan. You will be using both in this meal so why not get it all out of the way? Chop 2 1/2-3 onions and that should get you through the week and grate 2 cups of Parmesan cheese and you will be set.


Dovetailing Tips: Use onion that you already chopped to make this meal even easier. Depending on how many you are feeding today, you may want to double this recipe so you have plenty leftover for Thursday!


Dovetailing Tips: Today you benefit from your efforts with the Parmesan. It is ready to go. Both this entree and Friday's call for cooked chicken so save yourself a lot of time and dirty dishes by cooking it all at once. Set aside the two cups needed for Friday and you will be way ahead!
