Rice Pudding

Serves 5


2 cups rice
1 cup sugar
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 quarts milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

In sauce pan bring milk and cinnamon stick to a boil. Add the rice, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the sugar and condensed milk and simmer for three more minutes, then add the vanilla and remove from the heat.
