Vinson Massif: Damien’s Chili Salmon Taters


Serves: 5

Ingredients

2 tablespoons powdered milk
1/3 cup water plus 3/4 cup water
1 cup dehydrated mashed potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 (7-ounce) foil pack of smoked salmon
2 tablespoons chili powder

Directions:

AT CAMP:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter in a bowl.

2. Form into patties.

3. Add butter to skillet and heat on medium.

4. Add patties and cook until brown (about 4-6 minutes.
