Slader Double Cheese Taters

Ingredients

2/3 cup instant mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, sliced thin
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 tablespoon butter powder
1 tablespoon shelf stable Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 (5-ounce) can chicken breast
1 packet string cheese
1 cup water

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Pack dry ingredients into quart freezer bag.

2. Tuck chicken and cheese stick into the bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Bring water to boil.

2. Add all ingredients (except cheese).

3. Remove from heat; stir in potato mixture.

4. Let sit covered 5 min.

5. Remove from heat and cover tightly for 15 min.

Fun Fact: Your campfire should be fed from the lee side.
