Hyndman Cheesy Baco-Spuds

2 1/4 cups instant potatoes
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 packet Butter Buds
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons dried onions
3/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 package powdered cheese (or substitute fresh cheese)
salt and pepper to taste
4 1/2 cups water (slightly less if using fresh cheese)


1. Add all dry ingredients into quart size Ziploc freezer bag.

1. Bring water to boil; add to bag.

2. Stir well; let stand and add more water if needed.

Fun Fact: Try spraying "Original" Listerine around the campsite to repel mosquitoes.
