Chicken Poppers


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders
10 large jalapeño peppers
1 package bacon
foil

Directions:

AT CAMP:
1. Cut jalapeños in half, removing all seeds and membrane.

2. Place 1 chicken tender in pepper.

3. Wrap with bacon.

4. Place all on foil and wrap.

5. Cook on grill approx. 20 minutes.

Fun Fact: Clever Night Lamp: Make this with a plastic milk jug filled with water and wrapped with a headlamp.
