Backpacking Biscuits


Serves: 5

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon freeze-dried corn
3 single serving packets Romano or Parmesan cheese

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Combine all ingredients except water into quart size Ziploc bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Gently stir water into bag; knead until dough forms.

2. Roll dough onto foil and make into biscuit shapes.

3. Cook on pan, turning as they brown.

Fun Fact: For ease of clean up and to protect from smoke and fire damage, put liquid soap on outside of your pots and pans before putting over the fire.
