Mustard Sauce with Maple Syrup and Miso

Ingredients

1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons dark miso (South River brand Three-Year Barley Miso is recommended)

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust the ingredients, if desired.

2. Use immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
