Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1 small clove garlic finely minced
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend garlic, mint, oregano, and honey. Then add vinegar and lemon juice. Once mixed, begin to add extra virgin olive oil, a little bit at a time. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
