Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package elbow macaroni or small seashell macaroni, uncooked
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 (15-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
Optional: sliced pepperoni
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and place in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Meanwhile, brown meat in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Spoon meat and desired amount of sauce over macaroni. Stir gently and spread evenly in pan. If desired, arrange pepperoni slices over top. Cover with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.

Tip:Serve up some tasty soft pretzels instead of dinner rolls. Twist strips of refrigerated bread stick dough into pretzel shapes (or let the kids do it!) and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg white, sprinkle with coarse salt and bake as the package directs.
