1 pound ground beef
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
(12-inch) unbaked pizza crust
1 (15-ounce) can refried beans
Garnish: shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, black olives, onions, tomatoes, peppers, sour cream, taco sauce, tortilla chips

Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place pizza crust on an ungreased baking sheet; prebake, if specified by package directions. Spread beans over crust; spread beef mixture over beans. Bake pizza at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden. Cool for a few minutes; cut into wedges. Set out toppings of your choice.

Tip: Friday night is a great time to invite new neighbors to share a meal. Send them home with a gift basket filled with flyers from favorite bakeries and pizza parlors, coupons and local maps...tuck in a package of homemade cookies too. So thoughtful!
