Tofu Milk


Serves: 5

Ingredients

4 ounces tofu
1/2 to 2/3 cup water
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Use the lesser amount of water for a light cream consistency, the full amount for milk.
